Self-Contained Hazardous Location Emergency Lighting Unit |
Chloride's R-Series self-contained hazardous location emergency lighting unit is UL listed to
924 and 844 for use in Class I, Division I, Groups C and D, Zones 0, 1 and 2, Groups IIA, IIB and H2 and IIC;
Class I, Division 2, Groups C and D, Zone 2, Groups IIA, IIB and H2 and IIC; Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F and G; Class II, Division 2,
Groups F and G; and Class III hazardous locations. The
R-Series is available in
ceiling, wall, or pendant mount configurations.
The R-Series is suitable for use in extreme hazardous location areas where explosive materials may be present.
Illumination is accomplished with halogen high intensity lamps protected with a heat resistant globe with a cast aluminum globe guard.
